Listing Rules

To post real estate listings on our platform, you must comply with the following rules.

Allowed Listings

• Residential real estate listings (apartment, villa, residence, etc.)
• Commercial real estate listings (office, shop, warehouse, etc.)
• Land & plot listings
• Project-specific real estate listings (site/project promotions)

Prohibited Listings

• Illegal products and services
• Weapons and explosives
• Drugs and alcohol
• Stolen goods
• Products containing copyright infringement
• Fraudulent listings

Listing Rules

• Use real photos of the property you are listing
• Write clear, concise, and non-misleading descriptions
• Select the correct category and location information
• Keep your contact information current and accessible
• Do not create duplicate listings for the same property

Listings that do not comply with the rules or appear suspicious may be removed without prior notice.
